Religion / Spirituality and the Numinous (Chapter 14) Jung believed we can experience the Divine directly through dreams, visions, telepathic and other unexplained phenomenon that often bring a profound sense of joy, fear, mystery and a sense of something greater than ourselves. These experiences are expressed as images and can direct the evolution of our personalities.
