Dream Work: OLLI Spring class begins

Wednesdays, March 31 – May 5th 9:30 to 11:30 via Zoom

Dreams, filled with fantastic images, surreal plot twists, and shifting points of view, have a logic all their own. They lift us into the clouds and drop us into the depths of the sea. Whether we’re standing on top of a volcano or being chased through a forest by a kangaroo, dreams communicate something to us that we don’t know about ourselves. As Carl Jung, the late psychologist said, “[Dreams] show us the unvarnished, natural truth, and…give us back an attitude that accords with our basic human nature when our consciousness has strayed too far from its foundation and run into an impasse.” With laser-like precision, dreams can help us problem solve, point out areas of conflict, suppressed emotion, or offer us an alternative direction.

If you’re new to dream tending, or if you’ve been working with your dreams for years, please join several seasoned Jungian analysts as they offer us ways to explore the dream time. Topics will include how to remember and record your dreams, the four-act structure of the dream, Jung’s archetypes of the shadow, anima/animus, persona and self, active imagination and more! You’ll be amazed how working with dreams can enrichen your life!

Registration opens February 22nd . Register.
